Return & Refund Policy

As a small business, we want our customers to be as pleased with their purchase as we are with the process of making our products. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please email Support@CoraRoberts.shop for return instructions. Merchandise must be returned in new, unused, unwashed condition. Items that meet our return policy will be fully refunded (shipping costs are not refunded). All return shipping costs to Antioch are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you use a trackable common carrier.

Please Note: While Cora Roberts warrants all products to be free of defects, our textiles are hand-woven, so minor irregularities in the weave/color are not considered imperfections.
