Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of order placement. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays. Orders may be shipped in batches, and items ordered at the same time may not ship on the same day.

Out-of-Stock Items

Items may occasionally be out of stock or out of stock. We will notify you in both cases and provide an estimated shipping date if out of stock.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

The shipping rate for your order (starting at approximately $7.00) and estimated transit time (1-8 business days) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping zone.

Shipping Area:

We ship to all U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and Express Mail service is not available to these destinations.

Stolen Package Policy:

Cora Roberts is not responsible for any stolen packages. We will do our best to assist you, but it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier to file a claim. Customers living in densely populated areas should exercise extra caution with package deliveries and consider having packages delivered to friends or family who are home during normal delivery hours. For UPS shipments, we recommend that you deliver your package to the nearest UPS store for safer pickup.
